3Tc Cam Help

Hey I'm trying to pull the cam out of my 3tc i pulled the push rods fuel pump dizzy an the timeing chain an gear an all the bolts going to it an still wont come out any tricks?

i had to take out the collars that the rods slide through on the block just used a long punch and gentally tapped them out then i wiggled the cam out

 

i tapped them out from inside the block outwards
