ozisponger Posted June 28, 2011 Report Posted June 28, 2011 (edited) just in the process of picking up a ke70 wagon and was wanting to use as my first learning project car. i want it for drifting and a drag car, would like to get an ideas on engines to put in I'm wanting to turbo it aswell. been looking at sr20 and 4age and was wondering if anyone knew which was easier and what has more power and would suit the turbo. got alot of mates that are willing to help plus my dad and uncle all either are very car minded or are mechanics not a p plater, looking at spending about 10grand and road worthy for mainly a weekend runner and odd occasion drive around on week days to take to the track cheers Edited June 28, 2011 by ozisponger Quote

Many topics have been covered before. The rides and projects threads are a wealth of knowledge, and if it's not covered somewhere in there, then it probably can't be done. Try putting more info into you post. We can make many different suggestions, but if you only have $300, not many of them will be practical. Are you good on the tools? Do you have 10 thumbs? Are you a P plater? Will it be road registered and therefore need engineering? You have to keep in mind that we get asked very opened ended questions like yours about once a day at the moment, so if you don't have a think about the questions you ask, you're not going to get answers you're happy with.
