its a common problem for them... I'm in the same boat mate, the frame in mine has rusted out too much for fibre glass repair... its gonna cost around $700 maybe more for a professional to re weld and fix it properly... that, or you spend money on a "custom" fabricated bonnet...

this has potential but good luck finding parts for these .... i have been searching for bumpers for a couple of years.... don't want to sell yours do you ?
