szipak Posted March 12, 2012 Report Posted March 12, 2012 hi! while restoring my 1981 Corolla Liftback, after my tank was sanded, it turned out to have some holes. got a replacement one, wich also has the same problem. so i need to figure out, what kind of other fuel tank is a viable swap, because i live in europe, and e7-s are rare as hell. also, if i would find one being wrecked, it probably would have the same issue. could anyone give me some info on this issue? would appriciate it very much Quote
19914afc Posted March 13, 2012 Report Posted March 13, 2012 I would think that a corolla liftback you are talking about is the same as a T18 over here? Like the one pictured? If you get desperate I have the fuel tank and everything out of my car. No idea how much it would cost to send though. Quote
szipak Posted March 13, 2012 Author Report Posted March 13, 2012 yes, thats exactly what I'm talking about :) also forgot to mention, that it has a 4K in it. i wont forget your offer, but i geuss the shipping cost would be enormous. slightly relevant: there is a part, wich is impossible to get for me. it is the rear quarterwindows weatherstrip for the drivers side. (lol, just realized how misleading this is, we drive on the right :D) the part number for it is 67082-12020 or 67082-12030. thanks in advance Quote
