After removing the head, I can't see the hole so I assume a water gallery has corroded through and broken into the exhaust port - I further assume that there's no way of repairing this as it's internal. So ... Although their a little bit more expensive you get a warranty on the engine. I'm just about to go through them for a 20valve 4AG. 1500 they want - bastards!! oTHER than that just ring around or try going through a second hand sale from ebay.
