I found out that I could put a Volvo front lip onto my Cressy so I went out and bought one,

That problem I have came across is that the Volvo lip is an inch out either side, has anyone put a Volvo front lip on a Cressy or know anyone who has and knows how to go about the problem,

An inch to short I'm guessing?

 

I had a mate put one onto his ke70, pretty straight forward. He had to shorten it by cutting it in the center then trimming 50mm or so off each side than plastic welded it back together.

 

In your case you may have to buy another on to add length to it via the same way

Cheers for the reply, it's a little too big but I think I've got it,

I've trimmed where the volvo stock bolts go and drilled holes in the ends to fit zipties through (:
