So I have the ae92 heater outlet which i need to change.

 

My question is about the two temperature sensors? in the heater outlet..

 

What are they for? ie one controls the radiator fan one does the ecu.. i dunno. why are there 2?

 

can i remove one?

 

pinched a link to photo below.. one green plug one brown.

 

I would be eternally grateful if some guru could tell me:

 

brown= x

green= y

engine will run fine without x...
