Ke30 3Speed Atm Speedo Driven Gear

Hey guys.

 

Got a leak from my speedometer driven gear and it needs to be replaced.

The leak is coming from within the sleeved unit, I think a bush or o-ring/seal has perished and the fluid runs down the cable.

 

It's a 3speed [borgy?] i think from memory.

Can't obtain the whole assembly as a new part [either aftermarket or genuine] anymore however can purchase a few of the seals inside.

My concern is I'll damage the unit seperating it.

 

Ideas?
