4Age Timingbelt/pullly System Help :)

hey guys iv got a 4age 20v (silvertop). my timing belt is almost done for. so i need to replace it. however the pully system is marked incorrectly (when i got it dyno'd it said 40 degrees out) when that is impossible to run without blowing as the tuner said....

 

so when replacing the timing belt how do i do so correctly, also if i replace the whole pully system how can i Remark the right degree'z etc !
