4 speed it is? and yes a bit .... boot is quite a mess and same with one of the rear corners. I'm llooking for a new boot floor and some rust work to be done. along with guards rolled etc.. a few jobs I'm happy to pay for as i don't want to screw up. p.s. ive already saved the web address to cop bait as ur door cards are on my to do list.

yes haaha i will be getting a respray as i do love this colour but for my plans have found better alternatives.... so it starts now guys. my build. haha sounds stupid but I'm so excited. so many plans for this car.

hey guys. Basically ive fallen in love with ke's so i had to have one for my first car after beeing on here and looking at all of yours (in a non stalker with permission sorta way) At the moment its auto. but hopefully i will have that fixed with the help of ELLA. (appreciated ofcourse) . Looking to do a full quad setup and chrome bars. some Meshies (what type?) probably 16x7 or 8 with some very good dish and offset. i will let the pics do the rest of the talking but all comments and feedback is extremely appreciated and i will have alot to come. If anyone has any ke70 parts they think i mite be interested in let me know. looking to meet new people that share rolla love.

haha it is because they look similar that i was doing the conversion... after all a heavily modded 2.0 litre 3y goes better than a heavily modded 1.3 litre 4k

yea... well I'm looking to use a bigger engine in my ke70 but am not aloud engine conversions and i thought about the 3y as its a 2.0L instead of the tiny 1.3 4k stock has to offer also because they can be made to look very similar. an advantage the 4age definately does not have...... but maybe i shall just go 4age and have a track ke70.... not sure on what to do atm.

hey guys, sorry bout the late reply.... been a busy week.... welll i was going for a bit more power along with currently in rebuild roller.... got a few question as i have just bought this project... myself and a few buddies have been thinking about instead of the heavily modified 4k being a 1.3 we would put the 3y in as its the 2l hilux motor and with a cam and headwork/ a few other things my engine builder recommended the 2l would be better off.. (in the long run) and i was also just trying to be different as everyone goes 4 age or sr or rb.... i wanted the 3y... but guys have all thought of everything... haha umm yehh also for obvious reasons the 3y was chosen .. :P lol anyone have any info on diffs aswell.. looking too do alot of work to this but would love to hear more from u guys.. constructive input is always welcome.... cheers..

hey guys, I'm new on here and i have just purchased my first ke70.... i may have some weird questions so i apologize in advance.... My first question is about a 3Y engine into a ke70.... has anyone attempted it? .... looking for a 3Y now and would love to be able to speak with someone who has done it. Also can anyone inform me if their selling a manual gearbox or one that suits a 3Y or where i can get a belhousing that will fit the standard manual with the 3Y engine... Any other general upgrades i can do besides s13 tie rod ends, coilovers, s13 control arms etc....... sorry if i have caused a headache for anyone.. i know theyre probably obvious questions. thanks guys... any helpful input will be valued. cheers tay!
