Did this ever get fixed? I have the EXACT same problem. I have wrapped my Ignition fuse with a wire going back to the fuel pump to directly wire it. It definitely isn't the filter (fuel comes out of it without the line that goes to the fuel rail connected) and I have have a bunch of relays that I doubt are bad.
