  1. yeah i spent half the day goin to fab shops and engineers to see if they had anything like it not realising i had what i needed at home
  2. went over the setup today all sorted there is a sleeve about 10mm long that sits between the top spring plate and the camber plate itself thats what i had to make without that the spring top plate pushes right up to camber plate which also limits the movement of the pillow ball thats why the big bolt/nut was being pushed up when the car was dropped
  3. ive been sort of thinking about it maybe the camber plates are different thicknesses will check them i reckon its most deffinatly the bolt moving up and down (which i maight have not screwed all the way down) making the noise which sort of makes sence since it does slide up and down when car is lifted also the big bolt do i tighten it till it wont turn anymore or just tighten it enough to hold
  4. so i got my slef some s13 coilovers with ae86 camber tops i put them together but when i drop the car on its wheels the big bolt on the camber plate pushes up about 10mm and when i jack the car up it goes back back down it doenst seem normal also knocks when driving is this a failure of shocks or just simply needs proper adjusting cheers
