  1. Everything is good, rebuilt carb and new fuel pump few weeks ago and runs like a dream.
  2. dosent ping or anything at 10, seems to work fine, fuel pump wasnt working properly, fuel filter wont fill with fuel so i took it apart, gave it a clean and now works a bit better than it did, still not filling with fuel. needs to be replaced. no prob getting to 110 on straight roads but as soon as there is a hill it drops to 6o with pedal to the floor. replaced exhaust and cylinders range from 140-150, not sure where to go with the power loss uphill issue though, could it be fuel tank needing a clean?

I fixed the oil burning issue and changed the head gasket and valve seals. she works fine now, didnt have to do the rings. just a case of a weak engine needing the cob webs knocked out. just about done rebuilding the 4k which i will drop in next month. It only burned oil first day or so of running it but stopped after running it a while and changing gaskets. There was nothing about convincing! Just a simple question.
  4. ke30 has hard time getting from 90-100km, any thoughts?
  5. Whats the easiest way to replace the lower control arm bushings, I have an idea of how to do it from looking at it but I just want to be sure. Thanks a heap!

  7. Trying to put stereo into ke30, people who owned the car before me messed up the wiring so i have no idea what to hook the power supply on the sony stereo to? Should i just wire it to the battery or is there a better way?
  8. Could it be as bad as having to change out the piston rings. I did a compression test yesterday and it ranged from 140-150
  9. My ke30 seems to blow minimal bluish smoke, much better that timing has been fixed. Just bought it and hasnt run much over last 5-10 years, what would you recommend I do?
