I had a similar problem a while back, same thing went to replace the battery. Everything seemed fine on the surface, which confused the hell out of me, but then I went digging and found that the wires to the battery were really brittle and some parts were broken off, so I'd get spark but sometimes not enough. I think when I changed the battery because it was a little bigger there was too much tugging on the wires which caused them to snap...

Anybody know where I can get a diagram for aftermarket dx lights?? Got them off eBay and the wiring from the old loom and crimps don't match the new ones. Anybody tried and solved this issue. Should I just get the whole thing re-wired??
