cool thats helps out pretty good and gives me a good idea. but i have one more question??? i was reading that you can take a zinki lsd and shave the axles in a te72 by 5mm and the zinki lsd will just drop right in even though the axles and bearings arent as beefy as the kouki rear end on a gts.. because i know a te72 rear is basically a sr5 rear end..

interesting... that would pricey but what about a 85 gsl rearend would that be able to hold up because there are plenty of rx7's... or a 240 rear?? just trying to get a idea if i can't find a corolla rear with a lsd...

ok because ive been reading that some people have used the w58 behind the 3sge because of turbo purposes... and i do have a upgrade 3s trubo sitting at my cousins house. And one of my friends told me the T series rear will hold up for awhile its plenty strong. but i was thinking about locking it. whats your opinions on that????

what diff or rear end should i run? our local salvage has a te72 t18 in it even tho its not called a t18 here but i guess it has the T series rearend or do all te72's have that?

Hello I'm new to the forums with a couple of questions sorry i didnt introduce my self which i should have and the names mal. well i hope i could be of good use to fellow members.. so my question is what would i have to do for a 1st gen 3s rwd setup in my te72 i know i would need 2s mounts sump crossmember and bell housing. but i was planning on making my own mounts/ modifying the crossmember and fixing the sump and getting a bell house off ebay for w58 tranny which that i am going to run. so if there is any other info i would need to know please help me out and thank you for reading and responding...
