  2. Alright cheers, are those Enkei - Bahas made brand new? I've found photos and write ups on them but no one selling a set. Thanks
  3. Hey guys, I have been searching the web and searching some second hand sales sights but have had no Luck finding this certain set of wheels I own a 1983 light blue ke70 and running stock wheels I'm looking for either Enkei - bahas or Perfromace wheels - hurricanes They are both of similar design but I cannot seem to find them, if anyone can send me in the right direction that would be awesome! If you have any wheel suggestions that I can find in Brisbane I'm open to ideas, a set that will fit under the guard so I'm not constantly being pulled over haha Cheers
  4. Thanks heaps for the right up! makes a lot more sense now. I have abit of cash to spend on the 70 at the moment anyway, she keeps overheating wish me luck cheers!
  5. I'm tossing up between getting the grinder out on the front and back springs or just getting some mad up, -Iv heard you can put in suzuki Siera shocks in the back with stiff springs and give you ruffly a 5kg rate is that right? Then for the front just lowered springs untill i can fund some decent coilovers with udjustable cambertops. Just to go off topic abit does anyone know where i can pick these wheels up? iv looked everywhere They are Enkei - Baja or Hurricanes - Porformance wheels cheers
  6. I'm new here, so go easy on me. About a 9 months ago i managed to pick up an original blue 1983 ke70 in perfect condition with nearly no rust, the old man that owned this great car was getting too old to drive and had driven it from brand new, its an amazing little car and starts first time, everytime. Iv had my ke70 for a while and I'm at the stage where suspension needs to be sorted out. So iv decided to ask some advice, Iv read alot on suspension upgrades for my 83 Ke70, Basically I'm in need of a set of coilovers in the front and springs and shocks for the rear, but what are the good value for money brands and does anyone have any second hand kit thats in good condition, that i could take of thier hands? cheers
  7. I was quoted $158 fitted for just a 2" sports muffler on my KE70 in brisbane. For a whole new 2" system from the stock headers onwards to the back with a sports muffler, i was quoted $300, but that is a real nice job and clean finish. I don't know if that helps, I'm think about buying the just sports mufler and fitting it myself, but i don't have the the knowledge and tools.
  8. I agree with old mate above, bit of information on this Diff would be much appreciated. So i can do abit of research. Cheers Justin.
  9. Off the top of your head, how much and what type's of LSD diff''s could i put into a ke70? Cheers for the help though.
  10. I haven't done much research yet, but is there anyway I can lock it and then unlock it later? Or I'm just going to buy a weldy and put it in.
  11. I would deffently take you up on that offer, but this ke70 is really nice and original and i want a spare, clean open diff incase some shit comes up.
  12. I'm in Brisbane QLD, its probly going to be too difficult getting it to brisbane hey?
  13. Hows it going guys, i was just wondering if anyone has a ke70 locked or open diff lying around that i could take off thier hands? Iv just recently bought a 1983 Ke70 and I'm looking into spending abit of money on it. Any ideas are welcome.
