    Cheers for the quick reply! I guess I was hoping that there was a service manual somewhere which had a picture of the cover or something similar... Cardboard is a good idea, I will do that! Thanks for the suggestion on the marine plywood, I'll have a look at Bunnings tonight.

    Hey guys, Just picked up a 1991 Holden Nova hatch, i.e. an AE92 Corolla (I think?!). The piece of wood covering the spare wheel is pretty much useless as it's so old and broken... it's not complete either so trying to copy it is too hard. Does anyone know where I could find a template for the wooden cover so that I could make my own out of mdf? Thanks a lot!
