thanks MS I am jut puzzled a to how the fuse for the dome light has anything to do with the circuit for he rad and ac fans if I ad a wiring diagram it would help. and it is possible they sold me the wrong relay

thanks guys all I did was replace the old relay I didn't change any of the wiring though perhaps that was done before, would a faulty temperature sensor do this without the engine running?

hi everyone I have a 96 corolla with a 2e engine now I have been trying to get power to the interior lights, when I checked the fuse under the hood in jb2 it was blown so it was changed, now however with that fuse in the rad fans and a/c fan run without the key in the ignition or the engine running.can anyone help? I don't have a wiring diagram for his car but I did change the fan relay at the same time.
