I have earth two wires but I got no idea what their actually for. Umm the only two main earth that I know of is the earth that goes onto the block and another to the battery. Is there meant to be any earth cables of any of the light wiring ? Thanks

Also I know the battery is stuffed but I have a battery pack and that normally jump starts the ke. when I put the fog lights on it effects the indicators, it makes it blink slower. Thanks

Help!!! Trying to get my ke back on the road and Iv just got the engine running after 5 years but now my front bumper fog lights are playing up. When I'm indicating, instead of the actual indicator blinking the fog lights blink instead Iv tried checking the wiring but it all seems fine. Everything else is working. Pleasse help

Update, left everything how I had it, took the spark plugs out, disconnected the dizzy etc.. turned over fine, even for a good 10 seconds. Motor spun freely. Is it the dizzy timing that's of? Or the crank timing? Thanks

Hi there, thank you so much for the replies. Yuo I have tried both earthing it and still doesn't do anything. Once in awhile you can hear it trying to turn over for a couple seconds.. try turning on straight away but nothing. Yes iv tried turning it over by hand and that's fine. Please help this is really stressing me!!

Hi there, I'm new to this page and I'm really needing help! so I have a ke30 with 4k in it. From memory the engine just stopped going a few years back. Iv locked it away and now Iv decided that I wana make it run. Iv charge the battery fully and Iv tried turning it over but all it does is make a click sound. I googled around and figured it might be the starter. Got a new one tested it and still the same. I unbolted the starter and pulled it out so I could see the gears. Left the power and ignition cable connected then I use my jumper cables to earth the starter. Turn my key and the start pops out and spins overrated. When I chuck the starter back in nothing happens again, I don't hear it spinning up into the flywheel. Nothing happens apart from the click. Please help....
