Daniel(current owner of Dui's 86) took me for a spin today, ZOMG IT WAS f@$kING SHWEET that car is damn quick, I was looking at buying it but my dad managed to talk me out of it as its not the ideal A to B car, but all I can say is its a f*cking fast car lol

I would prefer a SC14 as its a little different and a little extreme, as for the options of using a gze bottom end or gettin my engine rebuilt with gze pistons it would most probably come down to a cost thing. I can source brand new 8.9:1 gze pistons and rings for about 750-800 last time I checked. Supercharger is so much more appealing than turbo instant boost WOOP WOOP

yeah sounds kewl only time will tell I suppose anyway if the SC14 aint fit I'm sure the sc12 will still be fun, atm my first priority is getting my kit on and then a possible full respray.

lol yeah the excel owner seems a bit ZOMG I OWN A TURBO EXCEL, speaking of him at truck city last night he tried doing a burnout leaving, revs up, smoke flying out of the exhaust and I think he just managed to get a little smoke from the fronts not sure though still blowing a crap load of smoke from the exhaust lol. Saying he spent $20,000 on the excel is a waste is kinda like spending $20,000 grand on my ae82 lol, i have already spent like 8 including purchase and if I decide to turbo it that figure will jump to around 20 :) but yeah I would rather have a turbo corolla then a turbo excel anyday lol :kiwi:

ohh I will only be running crappy rims on the fronts as I have 4 rims but 2 are the same type of 13's while the other 13 has a larger tire and I have a 14inch lol

I don't think you understood my point what I was saying and that thread I posted was that yes you can put a BOV onto a gze not that it would serve a purpose I might as well put a fake BOV onto the excel lol anyways I'm happy the weekend is upon us :kiwi: anyone gonna be out tonight?

umm I ain't sure, it has only started since I had my steering rack replaced and new tires put on? So who is coming to hughes on Sunday so far I know Adam/Ancullen Stephen/Pure-SX(bringing Tim :kiwi: ) P.S My new dash is about 90% in just need to replace a few broken bits give it a coat of armorall and paint the vents black :)

L&S would be able to help me diagnose a problem I have with my steering/suspension pretty quick or what? Only sometimes when I have the car on full lock it squeeks its not scrubbing on the tires I don't think it doesn't sound like tires its like a proper squeek quite loud :kiwi:

hehe I am up for whatever as long as I don't have to cook trust me you don't want me to cook lol, at this point in time I am not 100% sure whether I will be competing at the motorkhana I am currently experiencing a minor problem with my steering rack etc. But I will defintetly be there and I am bringing tim/zmit along. Tim and I are currently in the process of changing my brown dash with the grey dash from the wrecked CSX Seca which I believe used to belong to Shane :). ATM we have the instrument cluster fitted along with the big bit of the dash lol I don't even want to do it again lol.

i was thinking the same, an S2000 would handle like sex on a deserted beach with like the hottest chicka in the world lol on a serious note, I think we should organise a cruise/meet up, I personally wouldn't mind going for a cruise then somewhere like east point for a feed on one of the BBQ's as long as I don't cook :D

guys, which would be better in , if i have the room for high mounting should I high mount as apposed to low mounting the turbo will there be any difference in performance cheers P.S anyone going street meet this friday?

the motorkhana was a little disappointing I was the only rolla and orange gem was the only gemini. and neither of us competed I was however the first one there and the bloke let me have a few runs for free, all I can say is I will compete as soon as i get a set of ginnies :D
