thanks to Brenton/Brendan (Taylz) not 100% sure which =) got a overrated 20V silvertop block which will be machined to suit my forged goodies from my moonted block :D Slowly but surely ;)

I finally found a replacement block (Silvertop 20V) from Brendan/Taylz Gonna check it out on the weekend :rolls:

have the gasket set ready to go, just trying to see how easily i can track down a late model 7rib block with oil squirters(std bore) proving rather difficult in darwin so i can get that machined to suit my internals etc or otherwise i might have to get my block honed to see if that will tidy up some of the scoring but doubt it will

Prob goes without saying but the Levin likely wont be there as the only thing that it really has going for it(engine bay) is currently empty :bash:

howdy all, levin is off the road for the foreseeable future till a mate and I finish putting the motor back together

as said in the boost thread, if I still have the levin i will be entering that, hopefully it will be sold by then but time will tell

I thought I had seen the GT4 out the front rolling passed a few times WRX is suitable for our needs and I needed something that was able to just run every day and have aircon, unfortuneatly the Levin just can't provide that guarantee

Shane wants 6.5k for the sw11? Perhaps some haggling and or offereing of "zexual" favours is in order? :wink:

havnt been on rollaclub in close on a year lol I am good for the cruise, will dust off the levin and hopefully bring it out(still not 100%) that or I can be the black sheep in a skyline :wink: As for motorkhana car will keep an eye out :( As for the date, we are expecting end of March so that will be a frantic time :yes:

When did you get the 14.2? WRX still smashed ya :dance: 1st run was fail on my part, bogged launch 2nd was still a shit run on my part with a 2.0 60ft Best of the night was a 14.3 flat with a 1.8 60ft, would have been a 14.2 but just blipped the limiter once WRX is well wicked at the drags, love a good launch, all 4's spin for a split 2nd then BAM grip :cool: Did ya try doing what I said trying to stall it abit, pump brakes a few times then do it? If not get a brake bias with 100% to the fronts for a sec :lol: Going to be getting a new IC shroud made up with some incorporated water sprays/misters, as the IC was getting heat soak which was causing the boost to wind back from 14psi initially to 10psi at limiter. Still not bad for a bog stock WRX(new ic did feck all without the bonnet scoop shroud with major heat soak)
