no they were talking about replacing the timing cover seal i think... anyways i ordered the parts at work yesterday and at my price a seal kit, oil filter and 3 sets of windscreen wipers came to $20 and i hav a $100 voucher for reccomending a customer to the company!

ok thanks for that.... um what car exactly did the 4k originate in? incase it gets hard to locate the correct seal, or would it be the smae as a 3k? would it be worth trying repco or somewhere or just go straight to the dealer! thanks Lee

hey peoples, a quick run down again.. i have ke25 with a 4k and a 4 speed... ive fixed 3 oil leaks so far... oil pressure switch, sparkplug tube o rings, and now the new one. i don't know what the part it is called (fair sad concidering I'm an part time apprentice mechanic) anyways it is he huge cover (crankshaft cover, or timing??) that starts on the left of the waterpump ang goes right along the front of the motor to the bottom (under the waterpump) anyway i can see that it is quite a job to replace this gasgate (leake up near the water pump) and i was wondering what i have to do to fix it? looks like it is kinda simple, just take the belt off, and the pulleys and drop the oil then take the cover off and replace the gasgate! does this sound correct?? um anyother advise? thanks heaps Lee well i have no idea about toyota motors, so any tips would be apreciated, or if you would reccomend taking it to my local mechanic please say so! i also dontm want to spend much cos I'm thinking of taking it off the road ant the end of the year for a full in and out bare metal strip! P.S how hard would it be to get all of the pullies off (I'm guessin the crankshaft wil be fairly hard)

yeah i have banners marquee chairs (in morning) and stuff i did a sign for my windscreen like lesleys on paper in a plastic envelope, 1 has my car mods and 1 advertises rollaclub and iNFMS! cya all in morning!

Sucks, my pioneer headunit is in for repairs (parts have to come from Japan) so i have my old sound 4 headunit in for the show, and one of my soundstream 6.5's are dead and also in for warranty sow i will have some crappy old clarions in for the show! YAY P.S Clint i will have a seat for one of your mates !

good work with the hammer, lol the banners need around 8-9 pegs/bars stuck in the ground to make it all strong, and i have an iNFMS marquee to put up (to sit under), and lesleys, so much for keeping stuff that has to be put in the ground around the edge of the grounds! Heres a quick layout i whipped up earlier... ive put the iNFMS banner more infront of my car as it turned out i was the only iNFMS car that could enter! (iNFMS marquee will be behind lesley's car)

I'm not going on the cruise, so i dunno, i don't like pre show cruises cos bad things seem to happen like crashes and defects! i reakon you will get stuff at the cruise, or at the show if you don't cruise (entry numbers and fliers)

ok, Banner organised its white (wanted black but white was free) with writing the same as the sticker in blue repeted a few times diagonally across it! i say we meet across the road from the museum in the foodland carpark! at 8.00 for entry asap so we get a good spot!

i have 2 many stickers its just the cruise hasnt happened yet... i think valandor may have some alredy, will be giving stickers out at the toyoshow, so if any members would like to come and meet us where we meet (undecided at the mo) you can get a sticker! and then stay for the show!
