well finnaly found somewhere i can get spark plug tube orings, repco, and autopro were unable to get them!! so i tried a toyota genuine parts dealer, coming in from melbourne, not $11.95 as i found on ebay, but $8.95 for the whole set! ;)

Hell yeah no mirrors! They were stripped and polished up.. quoted $ 15 each but he had to charge $25 cos they took so long,not good that they wer the bigest tyres for 12's!

Hey people, i was just wondering is anyone entering cars in Auto Salon for their cities? My other club is entering (In adelaide) some rides including: TX3, EXA, RX7 x2, if anyone is and they see it in a magazine post it somewhere so we can all have a look!!

i drive my rolla because (A) I like them (B) I can't afford anything else! when i first got it i didnt... yellow with silver trim (literally a grandma's car) but now with exhaust sterio, new paint and black exterior trim etc i really like it! would rather drive my rolla than some clapped out old red magna wagon (the square ones) even if they are newer! P.S The Rotor (RX7) on the 1st or so page is SWEET.. but a guy in my car club (INFMS) in sa got 1 it was black with some sweet gold rims! when he actually received it he found, no spare or tools, leaking and dogy suspension and tyres with rips outta them!! but it still looks kool! He's putting it in the adelaide AUTO SALON with round 3-4 other cars in our club!!

hey guys my speedo says i'm doin 50 but aparently (acording to other drivers) i'm only doing 40, it has the original size rims 12's ans tyres (i think) 'sr12 155's' does anyone know why this could be out? and how or where it can be fixed? thanks P.s its a 4 spt manual

yeah i thought there mite b spark plug tube thingys leaking cos that seems to be where it starts from. how is that fixed? i usually check oil and stuff regularly but hav bn buisy the last 4 mths or so and checked it other nite and was very low!! thanks!

Hey, I have a Ke25 with a 4K. I have recently found an oil leak after having none for the last 15-20 years (its been in the family since almost new), It seems to be coming from around the headgasket area! i have cleaned it up tonight and topped up the oil for further inspection 2 moro after a drive to see if i can see where it is coming from. I'm guessing its not the headgasket cos i'm not burning oil etc. I was wondering if anyone knows of somewhere they commonly leak in the 4K? i'm hoping to fix it myself (apprentice Mechanic for a holden dealer), mayb if big work time for upgrades! thanks!

hey guy's put my pod etc on 2 nite! took around 2.5 hours cos i got interupted and had to make it up as i went! sounds different on intake, noticeable but not exessive woosh! had to put a small breather on one of the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventelation) which whistles slightly but doesnt matter 2 much. Have a look at how it turned out! defiately looks better even if it dosent increase the performance!

I have a KE25 COUPE and i have the tank behind the seat so it started early!!

As i said i got a stainless box made with a 80mm (i think) hole in the bottom and an outlet with a lip to clamp the hose onto! will try that first probably this wknd! You use the original bolt thhingy to hold the box on the carb with a wingnut (also original) will tel u how it go's

hey i havnt read the last 50 posts cos i'm 2 tired from the INFMS cruise last night we didnt get hme til 4:15 am! ne way i had a new radiator installed the other day and since it has been running cooler it seems to be running better and turning off etc! The temp guage hasnt left the C yet which is awwsome as it used to run on 1/2 and lately before the new radiator almost boiling!

hey I alredy had the idea to put a pod on my 4K-C, Have all the gear i need just have 2 find time to put it on! Due to exhaust manifold heat I was going to run a flexible air intake hose ($32.00 for 1M) along the firewall and over to the other side using a commodore adaptor bracket for ecotec v6 ($39.00) into a direct drive pod ($29.00) but have kinda decided to scrap the idea of going over the engine as it would probably get as hot as putting the pod on the intake side! I i had a custom box (around) a 120mm cube made from stainless and than sandblasted incase i want to paint it! To try and help solve heat problems i'm going to run the pod from the carby to the front just behind the headlight, and remove the horn from that side allowing more cold air entry and run the leftover hose from somewhere towards the pod! Which way do you guys think would be the most effective way of doing this? over or straight to the front??
