So i just tried servicing my auto gearbox ( ae71 corolla 3 speed auto) went and bought service kit i thought it was a BW 35 but the fella at autobarn read a BW 40 from the catalouge, anyway went to go put it in and the gasket was way different. So I'm trying to find out what gear box it would be on the tag that is barley readable it says aisin, borg warner, 0350 andi can't make out the rest. and i looked at the 35 gasket that said it was for fords, and it didnt line up either. So anyone have any ideas?

after thinking about a manual conversion and after seeing a pedal box for $200 wtf i was wondering is it possible to use a ke70 pedal box? and then use it for the hydraulic conversion? And are ther any other pedal boxes beside ae71 or t-18 that can be used? Cheers Bill

i think the culprit is the 4ac's electronic/auto choke, mine is similar in that it idles at 1100, and revs drop heaps when you first accelerate. i took my filter off, and when i start up the auto choke doesnt budge, its just all floppy.. trying to figure a fix atm.
