HaHa! So, Charl just let me have my first drive of the Rolla! I'm used to driving something like this: which is a pretty cushy, girly, zippy little manual.... so in the three seconds was in the drivers seat of the rolla, i managed to compression-lock the rear wheels and blow one of the indicator lights :2thumbs: I think i'll stick with the Paseo for now.........

Charl posted a tute somewhere about refurbishing his under-dash shelf, but I just thought i'd throw up a pic or two of it here aswell, as a progress update. and cuz I'm bored of facebook. Me, trimming it, cuz i'm clever :-) : finished: Installed. Ta-da!

That's what Charl said, but then i'd have to do the whole roof-lining as well........

and while Sarah was washing and spraying my door trims for me i installed some tunes!! nothing flash for now, just the basics. but i have some big plans in-store audio-wise for later on down the track!!

Herro! wifey here! So, we pulled some very dirty, but mostly undamaged blue door-trims out of a coupe at lonsdale u-pull-it a couple weeks ago. I didn't get any before pics, sorry, but i washed them with sugar soap, masked up the little chromey bits, and then painted them with some plastic and vinal paint in mid-grey. I am the queen of door trims. here they are: And for my next trick! .... I shall wash the sh*t out of these sun-visor thingys.

yesterday at about 1230 i saw a burnt orange ke30/55? with black wheels on womma road and then a bit later behind holdens. looked pretty straight and tidy. anyone know this one?

Murderess, you should come, that car need's to get shown off and i need more chicks or i'll be the only one. sixsixone say's he's only just off L's (dunno about you, but i wash shit scred of driving when i first got off L's) and it's not a race, but if all else fails you can chill at the back with me and Charl... i swear i'm not letting him go over 50kph in that thing, i don't wanna die. mind you.... Ragin's a ninja, you can't see him at night, so you might get lost anyways :-P

sorry mate, paseos are about as rare to find at the wreckers as ke20s! but just go look at other small cars with nice centre consoles and you might find something you could make fit with a bit of patience and an angle grinder!! thanks! took a bit of modification to fit it but I'm happy with the results, now its got cupholders too!!! thanks! I'm not sure, never even thought of painting them white.... but i reckon youve got a point there. it would look real good! anyone notice the matching gearboot to the roof lining? i think its awesome!!

Konichiwa bitchez! I'm Sarah, world's most awesome girlfriend! (modest too!) so this morning, we're in my car (britney, the paseo) on the way to u-pull-it, to get Charl's centre console out of the Paseo that we knew was there, and he's whining about the back seat he had for the rolla... so in my neverending brilliance i say "why don't you get the seats out of the paseo aswell?" So $120 later, we pretty much have the entirity of the paseo interior for the rolla... all baring the front seat-belts which someone had aready taken (bastards)... is gonna look shweeeeeeeet! mmm... yeah that's all i got for now... The End.
