  1. July 25 & 26 at Morgan Park, Warwick. Racing cars from 1930 to mid '80s. Production Sports cars from 1940 - 1978. 65 Group N Historic Touring Cars!!!! A dozen Group C & Group A touring cars combined with a couple of Historic Sports Sedans. $20/day or $30 for a weekend pass. Entry list & timetable available for free download at www.hrcc.org.au There will be two FX-GT AE82 Corollas in the Group A race, these two cars have raced sucessfully in the BTCC, Spa 24h, Bathurst 1000 and the ATCC.
  2. Thanks Matt, i see Bob regularly at historic race meetings and was talking to him on the phone just yesterday. He's got some photos he is going to try and dig up. I have a few photos of the car racing back in the day, and a few of it now, partly restored.
  3. I mamanged to buy a 1990 ATCC DVD with some shots of my car, so i have an idea of how the car looked, but it's too blurry to read any sponsor logos. If anybody has a photo of car #76 from the 1990 or 1991 ATCC, I would love to see it.
  4. This is a great thread, some top pics! Here is a shot of my Group A AE86 at Bathurst in 1989.
  5. According to the CAMS manual, the numbers must be 230mm high on a background 450mm wide by 310mm high.
  6. I'm certain that no one ever raced a KE70 at Bathurst, but the AE86, AE82 and AE92 were very poular in Group A and dominated the 1600cc class from 1985 - 1992. I'll try to attach a pic of my car making it's Bathurst debut in 1986.
  7. Hi Col, already done, thanks mate.
  8. A member of another forum has sent me a complete list of results for 1990 & 1991. It appears that my car nearly always ran #76 in that period. All i need now is some photos, please!
  9. Thanks for the tip Parrott, I've already been there and bought the only two pics they had of my car, Bathurst '86 & '91.
  10. The sister car to mine was still owned by Bob Holden in 1993 when he fitted a 2 litre Toyota engine and ran the car in the 2-litre Toruing Car Championship against naturally aspirated Sierras, 2 litre BMW M3s and the early Super Tourers.
  11. I'm slowly restoring an ex-Bob Holden Group A Corolla Sprinter and I'm struggling to find any photo's or records of the car at events other than Bathurst. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with photos, entry lists, reports or results from the Australian Touring Car Championship in 1990 & 1991. [email protected]
