hi guys, after reading on twin cam.org that i can buy/fit a ae-101/102 short throw shifter i went and brought one today for my94 csi ae-92 rolla. the wreckers gave me the whole complete kit,cables,shift,boot,knob,gear selector rods ,housing,the lot. now i was just wandering if i can just swap the whole lot over instead of just the gear shift and mechanism ?? any ideas/help please?? cheers thanks glen

hi mystik, iv got 17x7" with 205 mm x 40 series wide tyres @ the moment,but i want to fit a 225 rear tyre. i also have the rear guards lipped already !!! so how can i over come the problem of rubbing then mate ?? i could use longer wheel studs and a 10 mm thick wheel spacer though ?? will with the coil overs it rub on tyre height wise though ?,as when you go wider tyre the wall height increases !! cheers glen

hi guys, can any one reccomend any brand/model adjustable coil over suspension kits (4) with shocks to suit ae-92 corollas please ?? how much and any links ?? reason i wan t them as with the standard struts you can't run very wide and high rims and tyres due to limited clearance and coil overs will help this. cheers glen

also guys ,what model gear box does my ae-92 csi 5 speed have with my 4a-fe twin cam?? c50? c52? or c56?? the reason being just so when i ring u.s.a about the fusion shifter i can tell them which box i have to see if this is going to work and fit my aplication. thanks glen

how are ya mystik, iv seen and down loaded the link you provided already thanks, which is good. but the fuzion shifter has a shorter throw thats all,so they say, 40-50% better. i wrang a few local toyota wreckers for the ae-111/112 shorter throw shifter and they all want $75.00 for it!!! but i can buy the nice fuzion billet shifter for about the same . cheers glen

hi guys, just wandering if any one hear has or used a "fuzion short thrwo billet shifter ". reduces throw by 40-50% they claim and is made out of t6 billet alloy and made in japan. costs from $37 US UP TO $140 u.s dollars. they say suits 93-97 model corolla cars. so would this fit my ae-92 94 model 5 speed sedan i wonder ?,i hope so!!! here is the link, http://www.gtoctane.com/product_info.php?products_id=76227 it works this time,but different link from another company. but there is no picture on there site but if you go to autodynamic.com or autoaccesorystore.com they have pics of them. glen

well iv just finished now fitting the 24 mm diam sx front sway bar now,cool I'm happy. all went smoothly and fitted up well. i just need to change over master cylinder now and fit the vented rotors on front and should see me out of trouble for a short time. thanks for your help guys cheers glen

hi guys, well i installed ok the rear disk brake end today. took me a good few hours to do. nicely painted red calipers and rotor surround!! i didnt change the master cylinder yet,but the car seems to be braking/nose dive at front more !! why is this?? how can i stop/fix this ?? if i change master cylinder over will this help ?? also what is the correct procedure to bleed brakes properely ?? rl,rr,lf,rf ?? and how times to pump brake each bleed ?? and doyou hold pedal to floor after a few pumps and then close bleeder ?? thanks guys glen

ok then will do. one last question,i also got the sx brake master cylinder resovoir kit ,should i fit that as well as it might have the better suited brake bias spring ??? to suit now going from drum brake rear end to disk brake rear end ,would that be rite ?? thanks glen

ok then thanks for info. so should i go ahead and fit the series 1 calipers then or just leave the stock calipers on and just fit the vented rotor then?? thanks

and what about the difference in calipers between stock,series 1 & series 2 ?? much dif in size,gripping power ?? thanks

another question for you guys, with the 4a-fe,4a-ge and 20 v twin cam engines ,are you able to fit a after market adjustble fuel regulator ??? will it help much in perf/tuning ?? and where would you fit in the engine bay ?? this is to suit a ae-92 / 94 rolla btw. cheers glen
