thanks heaps guys, Super Jamie, yeah i already read all that stuff, was very helpful.. just wanted the exact torque settings rather than having to buy a gregories manual for the one job. thanks for the advice

Hey Guys, Were doing an auto to manual conversion on the KE55, and I'm told the clutch needs to be torqued on to the engine to a certian pressure... can someone please tell me the torque setting?? Thanks, Matt

Hey Guys, Ive been wiring up a tacho in the KE55, got it all hooked up how i thought it went. It turns on and lights up properly. but I'm not getting any movement in the needle. so i guess i must have wired it to the wrong spot on the dizzy. can anyone tell me exactly where i have to attach the wire on a KE55, better yet, could someone with a tacho please take a photo of where they wired it to? Hey Guys, I'm new around here and thought i might introduce myself. I'm from melbourne and am new to corollas, having been a ford/mazda man for a while now. I own a Ford laser Tx3 which i drive daily. but most recently myslef and drewy86 along with another mate have aquired a 79 rolla that is currently being transformed into a rally car. we have only had it for about a week, and so far its been striped right back, and slightly tuned. At the moment its auto... soon to be manual, along with a whole bunch of goodies. anyway, i was just wondering of someone could point me in the direction, or explain to me a list of corolla's, their model numbers, engines numbers and specs? i did a quick search but i couldnt find much.
