200SX s14a

Hi guys, tried to search but couldn't find what I was looking for. I just bought a 1990 AE92 Corolla SX Hatch 4AGE with 155,000 kms done. It didnt come with service history so i want to change all the oils and fluids. My question is, which engine and gearbox oil do you guys recommend for your 4AGE engines? Thinking of using the 10w30 Redline oil for the engine and Redline MTL for the gearbox. what do you guys think? Cheers
