  2. Ok guys this will go ahead with Geoff and maybe Thomo displaying cars at this stage. We will have a 3x9 Marque and a BBQ on the day so if you can bring a car out or not we need you there to help promote the club and get new members.

Let me know if you can come even if just for a few hours.

  3. Hi,

    Ultra Newbie here.

Just bought brand new Corolla Hatch ZZE122R.

I need service manual for it to wire in a few extras.

I noticed this link in this post.

    http://www.rollamods.com/witzl/Corolla_service.iso

I nearly freaked when I saw the size of it.

Does anyone know if this is the Australian version ???

I already have the American version which I think is not applicable.

    Many thanks

    John

    Hi John

The best place i know of is Toyota themself

the repair manuals usually come as

    Engine,

    chassis/body,

    EWD.

    transmission.

  4. hey all, my gf has an 05 Sportivo corolla, it has the 141kw motor in it. shes interested in either a turbo setup or supercharging it. Could someone point me in the right direction to a shop who has done this before.

    thanks

    Hey

The sportivo 2zzfe has a bit higher compression than the normal 1zzfe corolla

so be carfull how you go about boosting the stivo.

for something to look at try www.turbokits.com.

its american thoe so make sure you take into account the currency diffarence.

I have seen a blitz suppercharger kit on a celica same engine as sportivo

at fast and furios imports in fyshwick.

  5. I'm thinking of adding a fifth injector, in doing this i might get away with unichip with a injector driver.

for the extra injector I'm thinking of the vl commodore (non turbo) injector becouse it already has a hose connection for fuel and should flow enough for the job, but my biggest problem is fitting it into the pipe before the throttle body. i need to find a suitable boss fitting to weld in then make some sort of bracket to hold the injector in it.

One other thing do the yellow 2zze injectors flow the same as the green 1zze injectors????

  6. haha not yet

i might call it (proud performance) :P

    yeah yeah

bad welding works you just need to spend more time with the grinder :)

maybe next time i will get it welded properly and call on my rolla club contacts :P

  7. Well the beast is going in for a pigiback computer in two weeks.

But before then i need to put in a fifth injector. Think i will go for a vl commodore injector

as it will flow more and has a hose fitting for the fuel supply,

once it is all fitted up and the computer is dynotuned i can do a power run and see the power gain with a turbo. My guess is 85kw before turbo 110kw with turbo but we will have to wait and see :P

  8. Yeah I don't know of many in australia but in america it looks like there is plenty.

I am setting it all up on a old engine that a have access to. Which makes it alote easier i will take some work in progress photo's soon so you can see what it looks like, as once its in the car it will be hard to see. :)

  9. I already have the wrx turbo and are in the process of making

the intake manifold from steem pipe I'm going to mount the turbo obove the gearbox.

I have a workshop that is willing to try a uni chip then replace it with emanage if it wont work at no extra charge.

I am only going to run low boost between 5-7 So do you think the air flow meter will do or do you definatly need to go map sensor?
