Just as an FYI I checked the plate on my car and it says AE93R. So is this an AE93 and wikipedia has it wrong (again)?

Hey all, New to this forum and to Corollas, but according to wikipedia I have an AE96 Corolla RV that's a little bit floaty. I think this is due to some old shocks (probably still factory) so can anyone tell me if the AE96 parts are interchangable with AE92s (in general, obviously other than the motor being 1.8L and the trans being 4 speed)? Thinking some new shocks / springs and maybe pads and disks will be the go other than a full service. Also can anyone suggest some cheap shocks / springs and where to get them (I'm in Adelaide)?
