Ok so i'm starting my 4k build soon and have read the tough 4k wiki many times and it mentions the 4k block with ribs that are stronger.Does anyone have a pic of the ribbed block for comparison ? I have a block here with small ribs under the welch plugs but i'm unsure if it is the correct block i want to use. google images isn't really helpful plenty of pics of 4k's but not much of that specific area of the engine. A decent amount of money will be spent on my motor and i don't want to throw it all away on a weak block. Also i have found part numbers for ARP head studs on the net and already have ARP flywheel bolts but haven't been able to find anything on ARP rod bolts that work i have read talk of 3sge fitting but nothing confirmed does anyone know part numbers of anything known to fit? they are probably unnecessary but i'd rather build it once right and have piece of mind knowing it will hold together.
