This has been driving me crazy! Are they bolted in or clipped in? I see 2 hooks just in front of the parcel shelf but can't pull upwards to unclip. Anyone done this before?

reach into the crack between the seats, pull the base up and forwards, it will pop out. there are then two bolts at the bottom of the rear, which you have to undo, then lift it upwards
