Rolla__Boy Posted November 28, 2006 Report Share Posted November 28, 2006 hi, I'm here open for any ideas on what i should do, i currently have my hands on a 76 corolla coupe with a 3k motor 4speed and borgwarner diff. i need summore wheel spin so ive decided on a full engine change, i know i want to go bigger just not sure what will fit, i like the sound of a 2 litre or ever the 2.6 astron motor but not sure if they are a good fit, 1st thing i will do is change that 4 speed for a 5 speed, but yea I'm wide open for any suggestions so feel free to speak ur mind as I'm goin to make this corolla a serious drifter :y: I think before you do ANYTHING....you should start reading, and learning....because you seem to think that changing your 4 speed to a 5 speed will help the car get wheelspin? About 12 million people have asked what you are asking on this site in the last year, try reading and searching, and you will probably find all your questions are already answered.
