tas_ae71
there are many choice as to what carby you should put on. figure out what you want, e.g. down draft, side dradt, single, twin or quad!!!!!! if you go with a bigger single down draft, weber for example, you can buy an adapter plate for the stock mani or make one as have been said. twin carbs will require a new manifold to attach them too. if you are getting a carby that has not been on a 4ac, these a big chance you may have to get it rejetted to suit the motor, this is done by a carby specialist. plus tuning... $$$ you can have the best carby setup in the world but if it isnt tuned well it can be shitter than stock. Craig_ae8670
I have a 32/36 DVG webber on mine. Redline make adaptor for them to fit the stock manifold. It makes abit of a differnce but if you were to get a new exhaust made up eg extractors and full system then it would make more of a difference. I was planning on being different and satying with the 4ac and get all that done and getting a cam redone but for all that money i can get a 4age in and running
tas_ae71
you mut be able to get cheap a cheap 4age, or that must be one very expensive cam/zorst.... with exhaust, you sort of have to do it any way, so either way if you go ge later its not a total waste of money
