hey I'm new to this site so I'm just working out whats what but, I'm about to buy a ke55 or a ke70 corolla to work on for a while. i have previously owned a st141 corona and became rather familiar with that motor and was wondering if it would be possible to transplant the 2s into either cars. basically i am prepared to completely rebuild the motor for this car, some head work, cams and so on, but i just want to know what engine would be best suited for the car.

one of my friends is putting a sr20 in a ke70.. but most people put a 4age in.

I'm pretty sure you can use 2s mounts and stuff to put a 3sgte in.

yeah not that interested in a 3sgte, however i have also considered just a 3sge, not that interested in a turbo.
