Ignition Switch

Featured Replies

Hi there eveyone...

I became an auto theft victim recently.... some smart guy tried to steal my car with a screw driver.....

result was he didnt get to steal and i was left with damaged ignition switch(key), door and boot lock...

my problem now is, i can't get to start the car bcos the ignition switch is spoiled... i tried removing the switch

but it just don't want 2 come out....

my question is, how can i remove the switch? Have anyone tried removing?

Pls help. Tnks in advance

might actually help if you tell us the model of you car.....??

i know the KE30/ke55 ignition all you have to do is take the key barrel out and then undo the small phillips head on the other side of the column to remove the actual switch....stick a flat blade or the end of a key in there and turn to start the car.
