Removing Seized Drums Bolts

I'm in the middle of reconditioning my diff, Ive cleannin most of the gunk off the surface and taken out one of the axels (i think i need to machine the drum :lol: ) I know its aspestus and cation has be taken.

 

But the right bolts that hold the drum on are completely seized >_< Ive tried every thing, WD40, jumping on the spanner/kicking it and i don't know what to do? Any suggestions

if it doesnt work, use a larger hammer. Really.
