ae92GTi Posted April 21, 2008 Report Posted April 21, 2008 Hi guys, I'm relatively new to 'rolla's and just picked up a stock '92 GTi in reasonably good condition. I've seen some 16" rims I'm keen on but am not sure what size tyres will fit under the guards without rubbing on anything. I've read that 205/45's might rub on the struts so would 195/45's be the way to go? Cheers, Adam Quote
MYSTIK[RL] Posted April 21, 2008 Report Posted April 21, 2008 205/45 are the way to go. but also make sure the offset for the rims are +38/40 as well. btw i have 205/45/16's on my sx seca and ive never had a problem with them rubbing on the struts or guards. Quote
