The 2008 Rejex Rally will be held starting on Saturday 2 August, and continuing to the end of Sunday 3 August. Entry forms have not been released yet, but I figure I'll give you guys a bit of warning in case any of you were considering entering.

Entry costs about $250 per car, including entry, all meals, Rejex Rally shirts & stickers, but NOT accomodation. The event generally travels to Hayes Creek on the Saturday, and is either based from there for the Sunday, or travels to Katherine. All competitions are motorkhanas, plus a drag event, with NO on road events. It is NOT a race, so cars travel together at a maximum of 100km/h so the vintage cars can keep up. These events have seen such varied machinery in the past as 1928 Chevrolets, a Lamborghini Countach, Mustangs, Camaros, Minis, Starlets, Skyline GT-R's, and much, much more. It is a great event, with a strong social atmosphere, and is a great way to take your car out and enjoy it.

As for the A-Team, I will definitely be driving the GT-Four. Alley was meant to be taking her TA22, but it won't be ready in time, so we haven't yet decided if she will navigate for me, go as an official, or enter in the black Corolla.

Anyone else interested?

I now have entry forms available for the 2008 Rejex Rally. I'll be taking the GT-Four. If any of you wish to enter, please email me and I'll send you a copy of the form.

The 2008 Rejex Rally has been run, won, and done. First outright was Anthony Feehan in the S2000, second was Rob Nixon in the Ford Escort, third was Norman Millington in the Exige, and Alley and I managed fourth in the Starlet.
