irokin Posted August 3, 2008 Report Posted August 3, 2008 I first heard rumblings of this a few years ago when I went to Perth for Redbull Air Race but it looks like they're actually going to do it. Airframe looks like a Rutan VariEze clone which could provide some interesting racing. Like they say this will be the NASCAR of the skys because the varieze isnt really designed for aerobatic flight. It'll probably work fine for the dull Americans but RBAR is still where its at as far as I'm concerned. The F1 of the skys literally.
