Weber On 4k Wont Run

hey all,

 

so i put one 32/36 weber on my 4k and it started fine but just reved way up and wouldnt stop so i would have to shut it off, i thought that the accelerator must have been sticking but i disconected it and it continued to rev up....

 

so i had no idea so i changed it to the other 32/36 i had and this one wouldnt start atall so i put a bit of fuel in it and then it would start and rev up but no heaps high and then just die...

 

any ideas....? the weber was running on a 4k previous to this and it was running on this engine about a week ago when i had a bloke come an fit it an tune it...

 

so whats the go, its like its not getting fuel but it is as i can see it squirt out the jets...

 

any ideas???
