Lowering An Ae94

i want to lower my ae94 corolla, but to a legal level

 

i am buying KYB short stroke excel G's but am unsure of what free ride height springs i want? :y:

 

kilo rate wize i was thinking 7kg front and 5.5 rear

 

what springs have ae94 oweners used before? brands and free ride heights?

 

any links, pics, info would be appeciated :o
