Car Ingition Timing

Hey rolla guys just enquiring for some expert advice

 

i have a 1971 toyota corolla ke20

 

with a 4k 1300 engine outtta a 81 model just enquring when i stop running the

car the engine contines to run and slowly then die out some have to kick it over

again and then turn it off

 

second quiry is that i having trouble witht the starting of the car the racq guy told me

to upgrade the fuel filter because i having bit of gunk getting caught in the fuel lines

thats why its dieing anyone with any advice or tips would be much appreciated..

And with your fuel filter, just throw in a new, clean one and see if there's any difference. They only cost about $15.

Ahh I can't remember what I paid for mine. :P $15 was probably the price I paid for my oil filter. hahaha. Point of that sentence was to say that 'they're not expensive, just replace it'.
