Ke20nut Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 hi have justed fitted my ke10 with a tandem master cylinder and have a geniune toyota clucth master cylinder in its box still. is it possible to fit this to the car which is running a ke35 5spd running a k motor . My main concern is can a slave cylinder be fitted somewhere with out to many dramas. if anyone has done so pictures would be appreciated . Quote
philbey Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 You'll need to work out the throw on the clutch fork and whether or not your slave has enough throw. If not, you will need to modify the fork to suit your throw length, and that will change your pedal pressure. It's definitely possible though. Quote
TE278U Posted October 21, 2008 Report Posted October 21, 2008 [sidenote: i'd love to see pics of the tandem master cylinder. did you have to butcher the firewall? what was the master out of? ] as for hydraulic clutch, anything's possible, but whether it's worth while. Quote
