hey, well the old 4k decided it would turn the oil pressure light on at me at the bendigo show demo :D so its obviously a little tired lol, ive got a spare motor I'm guna "do up" and wondering what piston ring brands people have used or what brands i should stay away from?? I'm looking at going ACL "PROSEAL"!! any ideas would be handy.

I have used hasting rings before and they seem to work really good/

I haev found they only made normal piston rings from ACL. No Chrome Molley rings or whatever. You can get a piston and piston ring set from ACL for a 4k for I think.. 250-340.. That is from SuperCheap Auto.

We use Hastings Rings at work and the work well, would recommend them, i had them in my worked 4K and never had a issue.
