nice rona, you'll find the 12R is in fact not the cut down holden 6, the cut down holden 6 was the "starfire" or toyota 1X. i was actually looking at this as well when i saw it for sale but have too many projects, they are a sweet vehicle. cheers trent

I was going to do this conversion ages ago and the engine mounts are in a different spot on the 202, from memory I don't think you could just "bolt" it in leaving the gearbox in the same spot.

I've got a Crow Cams grind in my 3k drag car that goes a little something like this, Inlet opens 43 closes 71 Adv Duration 295 Exhaust opens 75 closes 43 Adv Duration 298 Inlet and Exhaust lobe lift .270". Inlet and Exhaust Valve Lift .405" This was the biggest cam i could get before going to a billet jobbie, it pulls from 4k to 7500rpm and sounds like a 13B Bridgy :rolla:

So you can get them out through the parcel shelf, I hate taking 30/55 series tanks out its a bitch!!

I'll get some engine bay piccies up soon, feels nice and tight still doesn't blow any smoke or nothing, I used king springs in the front and had my rear leafs reset a couple of inches nothing dodgy here, cut springs suck dick lol. Cheers all!

Hey Peoples, well I saw this overrated 1 owner KE55 for sale so i had to have it lol, Bit of history was purchased new from Lovedale Toyota in Barraba in 79' then it resided in Wee Waa (little town near tamworth :bash:) it has travelled a measely 107,000 kays and has full service history. Got it Last sunday, dumped it on the tuesday, got the wheels and tyres for it on the wednesday:), already had the bits (corolla hoarder behind JiP lol). overrated bumpers no dents or anything, UNCRACKED! dash can you believe it lol, should also add its a 4K and 4spd :y: Plans are Venetians and maybe some chasers with dress rims and white walls lol. The colour looks alot brighter in real life pics don't do it justice. I'll get interior pics up later! Cheers Trent

Doors are pretty good, only surface rust, trims are still intact just need coat of paint, rear bar in surprisingly good condition which was a relief lol, front window cracked but I'm guessing same as sedan? thanks jiP

Hey guys, well here's the panelvan i picked up for free, its a orginal 1978 P/Van with stock 3K and 4Spd, been sitting for 15years, and got it started today! K motors fo lyfe dance: Sounds rough as lol. here some pics. Plans- -Really really good clean -2 Piece black interior with cream seats. -Going to touch up paint with original colour -2 rust free front guards + bonnet. -going to weld the bit of rust up around the tailgate. -Got a rebuilt 3K with twin dellortos massive cam and 5 speed. -Dump it and use the multispoke rims you see on it. -Lastly side pipe. I already have the following, -Lowered Suspension -New Motor + Box -2 better guards. -Black Interior + Seats Cheers guys

Well the Vin Plate that states what year and shit is missing but the other one saying the engine number and that there, been sitting for 15years and hasn't been regoed since 1993, I found some old rego papers and it says 1978, its got the 2 piece dash, brown/silver. Tried starting it today and nearly got it going, got a fuel blockage somewhere :y:. will have it running and pics tomoz. I realised they were a bit rare, old mate i got it off didn't even know what it was lol.

We use Hastings Rings at work and the work well, would recommend them, i had them in my worked 4K and never had a issue.

You can fit a 1G in without firewall mods. I should know :)

Install was done by Josh McPherson or (emp) on toymods him and his dad did most of the work, its the same with any conversion, its got custom engine and gearbox mounts, custom tailshaft etc. Its a work in progress atm, just got all the rust welded up and painted, plan is for 300kw at the wheels. I believe they may have been original from factory, my brother bought a overrated KE35 that hadn't been touched and it had a external sun visor and it looked factory. Trent
