K50 Gearbox Ke30/55 Vs Ke70

i have a ke30/55 5 speed and a ke70 5 speed what would be better to convert into my ke25 .....or are they both the same & will the speedo cable fit in either one and do i have to make a crossmember up? any help would be greatly appreciated

Not sure about the crossmember, but the boxes are internally very similar, ratio's strength, etc. The major difference is the KE70 box has a shifter that sits further back.
