Seized Caliper On Ke70

I made a thread in general discussion, but can't move it so I'll make one here as well.

 

What to do to solve this problem? I don't know if any of you have encountered this, maybe it's due to road salt (which I don't think most of you have a lot of), but I hope some of you will know.

It's the front left caliper that's seized..

Need the car this week, so you can say it's urgent.

The only surefire way to get it to work again is to have it rebuilt/reconditioned. Do both sides at the same time.
