wtf is wrong with my carby??

a vacuum hose from the dizzy to the carby melted from exhaust manifold so i replaced it and now it still runns like shittt

 

i had a little bit of a tantie and yanked at the lot of the vac.. hoses... now i need to put them all bacvk where they came from and yehh

 

but b4 i yanked em..,, if i sucked on the hose from the dizzy "(vacuum advance)" run ok,,

 

when i start in the mornings i hold my foot flat and nothing... just idle's.,, takes a few mins to slowly revv.,,

??

i have absolutley no idea whats wrong?

 

could it be my exhaust leaking.. ??? please any info or a diagram of vacuum hoses???

 

or if you want to put them back on for ae and make it better il pay you..

work in city tho,,.. but as of thismorning the piece of shitt wouldnt start so I'm kickin it on the train... :y:

 

Have a look under your bonnet - I recently replaced all of the vacuum hoses on my housemates 4K (which is now registered :no2: ) and it was a piece of piss to do.

attempted to connect some to the right places last night,,. and it started again!!! but only with ""startýa'bastard""!! awesome stuff thatt.....

 

but running like poo.

 

You'll have a vacuum leak, simple. My mates car was running terribly - idled like a PP'd rotary, would bog down as soon as you touched the accelerator, etc. Fixed all the vacuum hoses up and she runs beautifully now.

but yeah, this is pretty easy to do, just buy a decent amount of vacuum hose and follow the diagram in the faq

just work from one side to the other and you should be fine.

might help to draw a basic version of the diagram
